Return / Refunds:
GMIT prides itself on customer satisfaction of our products and services.
We guarantee all our products to be Free of Defects. GMIT will replace any
product or offer proper credit if reported within 30 days from the date
of the receipt and GMIT agrees that the product is defective. To be eligible
for this Return/Refund, the form below must be completed and submitted.
Once received a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be issued
and the product can be returned.
"Wrong Purchase":
In the event purchase of the wrong product(s) is made, it can be returned
provided the following conditions are met. 1.) It must be reported within
30 days of the receipt date by completing and submitting the form below for
a RMA (Returm Material Authorization) Number. 2.) The product(s) must be
returned using the RMA Number. 3.) Product(s) must be received by GMIT in it's
original packaging in re-sellable condition, full case quantities (if applicable).
4.) A 20% re-stocking charge will be applied. 5.) Customer will assume
responsibilty for all shipping charges on the original shipment and the return
product shipment.
When the RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number is issued, the Shipping
Instruction and Ship To address will be included.
